Tapered Tray Guards/Wheel Arches

Our Australian-made Tapered Tray Guards are engineered for the extremes. They combine a high-clearance tapered profile for maximum suspension articulation with heavy-duty, dual-welded structural rigidity. TIG welded inside and out to withstand harsh corrugations, each guard also features universal mounting options and adjustment for straightforward installation.

These guards are fabricated from 3mm aluminium for standard sizes, and stepped up to 4mm for larger tyre variants. This provides the rigidity required to handle constant vibrations without cracking.
